COVID-19 has been impacting meetings, working bees and gatherings. Stay up-to-date with the Government restrictions for regional Victoria.

Working Bees are generally held on the 1st Saturday of the month from 9:15am to 11:30am, initially meeting at the Shed (152 Hickox Street) to sign in and ensure safety protocols are understood. Jobs usually include planting, clearing drains, weeding and watering, rubbish collection, branch and sticks tidy up and other general maintenance. BYO gloves, rakes, secateurs etc. Other major maintenance jobs may be done at other times.

Participants are required to contact Latrobe City Council for a Volunteer Form which must be completed in order to work at the Reserve.  This form can be found on-line or sent by mail to you. Volunteers agree to abide by health and safety guidelines and are covered by Council’s insurance. Volunteers must be aged 16 years or over. Approved volunteers are required to complete a short Occupational Health & Safety Induction and to undergo a Working With Children Check.
